Founded in 2011 by drinks entrepreneur Michael Kinstlick, Coppersea is a New York-based distillery producing an exciting range of craft spirits. This pear eau-de-vie is made from locally grown fruit and fermented in open-top wooden tanks with natural wild yeasts. The result is a tasty spirit, with notes of baked pears, cinnamon, vanilla and earthy undertones.
