Based in the Hudson Valley in New York, Coppersea Distillery grows and malts their own grain. This is the very first batch of their rye whiskey that was bottled independently by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The nose is fruity and floral, with hints of dark bread. On the palate, there is a fresh mouthfeel, with citrus and peppery notes, finishing on an oaky note.
