Owned by the 11th generation of the Chivite family, Bodegas J. Chivite is by far the oldest and certainly one of the most revered producers in the region of Navarra. Colección 125 was introduced to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the winery and the first vintage of the Blanco was in 1993. Produced from a selection of the finest Chardonnay grapes from a single plot known as ‘Las Mercedes’, this barrel-fermented and lees-aged white is wonderfully rich with notes of tropical fruits, white flowers, buttered popcorn and stony minerality.
