Taking its name from the Irish family that bought the estate in 1771, Château Clarke was purchased by Baron Edmond de Rothschild in 1973. The 2009 is a superb example of top Left Bank claret made from a Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon blend, showcasing a wonderful richness and a warming 14% abv.
