Jean-Marc Roulot is widely considered one of the finest white winemakers in Burgundy, held in the same esteem as the likes of Coche-Dury and Comte-Lafon. This Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru is part of Roulot’s micro-négociant range and is produced from carefully selected parcels of purchased fruit that is vinified at his winery in Meursault. A project which first began with the 2014 vintage, this wine can be amongst the best of his portfolio though quantities are unfortunately extremely limited.
