Bouchard Père et Fils produces two expressions of Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru. La Cabotte is a 0.2ha lieu-dit that has been bottled separately since the 1997 vintage and has had an extraordinary run of form since 2010. 2014 was widely regarded as an exceptional vintage for white Burgundy and, though impeccably balance, this does show greater richness of fruit with lightly tropical inflections. An excellent early-drinker.
