Bouchard Père et Fils produces two expressions of Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru. La Cabotte is a 0.2ha lieu-dit that has been bottled separately since the 1997 vintage and has had an extraordinary run of form since 2010. Matured for 12 months in French oak, of which 15% was new, this is a wonderfully refined and elegant vintage perfect for drinking now or ageing further.
