Jean-Marc Pillot is a fifth-generation winemaker producing a fine array of red and white wines from 11 hectares of meticulously tended vines based mostly in the commune of Chassagne-Montrachet. Once again, the 2017 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru is a masterpiece of Chardonnay and terroir expression.
