Chevalier-Montrachet ‘Les Demoiselles’ is a tiny 0.5-hectare vineyard situated at the summit of the slope where the villages of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet converge The Jadot family bought back the vineyard in 1913 from two sisters and decided to name it ‘Les Demoiselles’. Maison Louis Jadot only produces limited quantities of this grand cru, which are highly sought-after. Expect a rich and honeyed expression, boasting mellow fruit notes and velvety texture.
