Cheval Blanc 1988

75 cl
£641.00
Given the highest possible status of Premier Grands Crus Classé (A), Château Cheval Blanc is considered by many to be one of the elite producers of St-Émilion and the wider Bordeaux region. The 1988 was the first in a trio of excellent quality vintages and, though perhaps not like the blockbuster releases that came after, this is an elegant and sapid wine with lovely notes of dark berry fruit, cigars and truffle. Drink now and over the next 2-3 years.
