An elegant blend of 79% Grenache Noir, 8% Syrah, 8% Mourvèdre, 4% Cinsault and 1% Rolle. Pale pink in the glass, rich and intense on the nose with notes of exotic fruits and mango, along with small red fruits, redcurrants and blueberries. Fresh on the palate with balanced acidity and a long finish. Serve lightly chilled seafood and shellfish, lightly spiced dishes, summer salads or tender lamb.
