The domaine’s 1989 Châteauneuf-du-Pape is now fully mature, with an impeccable structure and texture. The nose reveals inviting aromas of red and dark fruits, herbs, mint and barnyard. On the palate, expect notes of cassis, savoury herbs and charred oak. Racy tannins and fruit acids give the wine a remarkable grip for its age.
