Based in the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation, Michel Niellon is widely considered one of the finest producers in the region. The domaine has been run by three generations of the Niellon family and Michel Niellon is currently at the helm. This release is Niellon’s 2020 ‘Les Chenevottes’, a Premier Cru vineyard at the base of the Mont-Rachet hill in the commune of Chassagne-Montrachet. It’s a medium-bodied expression, with white fruit at the core, complemented by citrus, white flowers and just a hint of honey.
