Founded in 1851, Charles Heidsieck is one of the most admired Champagne houses thanks to the unrivalled and consistently high quality of its wines. This is a beautiful limited edition still red wine, produced from 100% Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru of Ambonnay. Vinified and aged in 3-4 year old oak barrels for 15 months, with 100% malolactic fermentation. Raspberry notes together with mineral, gently floral and spiced complexity on the nose. A silky, red-berried palate concludes on a wonderfully lingering finish.
