The 2005 harvest in Champagne was particularly successful, with high temperatures in early September, ideal for ripening the grapes. This deep golden vintage champagne is scented with toasted hazelnuts, chestnuts, honey and praline. The palate is perfectly balanced, with enticing flavours of apricots, dates and figs. Enjoy it with a selection of hors d`oeuvres like prosciutto wrapped asparagus and caviar and crème fraîche tartlets.
