Chardonnay Brumont 2009

75 cl
£24.30
This is a deliciously full-bodied and ripe Chardonnay from Alain Brumont, the winemaker and owner of the illustrious Château Montus. Aged for an extended period of time with regular lees-stirring, this is an opulent wine with creamy texture but with a racy spine of acidity to ensure wonderful balance and freshness. This would make a lovely pairing to simply prepared fish or chicken but would also work well with fuller-flavoured dishes such as prawns with garlic and chilli.
