Chanin Wine Co. is a specialist in wonderfully elegant and pure Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the cooler Santa Barbara County. This strictly limited production cuvée is made from 40-year-old vines in the legendary Santa Maria Valley ‘Bien Nacido’ Vineyard. Aged for 15 months in 10% new French oak, it is juicy yet fine-boned and crystalline, with delicious notes of peaches, spices, crushed minerals, toasted nuts and seaspray. This is an incredibly satisfying wine that will drink well young but has the potential to age for up to a decade.
