Chambolle Musigny Noirots Sigaut 2016

Anne and Hervé Sigaut took over the 7-hectare property in 1990, but it is in more recent years that their biggest transformations and improvements have been made. Working with some exceptional parcels of incredibly old vines, viticulture is now organic and yields are strictly limited. In the winery, intervention is a minimal as possible, favouring gentler extraction, older oak and bottling with fining or filtration. This is a wonderfully pure, aromatically expressive and fine-textured wine produced from 0.5ha of vines planted over 45 years ago.
