The wines of François Bertheau are always supremely focussed and terroir-driven. The 2017 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru is a blend of four lieux-dits. Baudes, Groseilles, Gruenchers and Noirots. It is underscored by the open generosity of the vintage with fleshy and succulent notes of red berries, cassis, cocoa and iodine.
