The 2015 Perrot-Minot Chambertin Grand Cru is intensely perfumed with notes of dark cherry, plum, sous bois and wet stones. The palate bristles with energy whilst subtly sheltering its wild berry fruits beneath a cloak of fine-grained but perky tannin and bright acidity. This will need a few years in the cellar.
