Domaine Daniel-Etienne Defaix is one of the oldest wine producers in Chablis, dating back to the 13th century. Based in the picturesque hamlet of Milly, just outside the village of Chablis, the estate comprises 28 hectares of vineyards planted to Chardonnay. This premier cru cuvée comes from Vaillons, a vineyard located in a valley to the southwest of Chablis town itself. A fresh and floral expression, with classic notes of citrus fruit, beeswax and flint, leading to a saline finish.
