Le Domaine d`Henri Chablis St Pierre 2021 is a medium-bodied dry white wine produced from Chardonnay grapes in the Chablis appellation of northern Burgundy. Produced in a pure, lean style, the St Pierre cuvée is sourced from 5ha of Chardonnay vines within the 1er Cru vineyard of Fourchaume. Maturation mostly takes place in steel tanks (85%) with the remainder in used barrels for 15 to 19 months.
