Chablis Les Preuses Vincent Dauvissat Magnum 2016

Vincent Dauvissat is one of the most celebrated producers in Chablis, known for its steely, crisp wines. The Domaine has parcels in two Grand Cru vineyards, Les Preuses and Les Clos, where this release comes from. Les Preuses is one of the seven grand cru sites in Chablis, perfectly situated on the eastern bank of the Serein River. It is one of the region’s smallest grand crus, covering approximately 11.4 hectares. Some of the best producers have holdings here, including Vincent Dauvissat, who owns 1-hectare parcel planted in 1970. Expect a slightly floral expression, with rich orchard fruit, clean sea breeze and juicy acidity.
