Chablis Garnier 2018

Domaine Garnier & Fils is owned and operated by two brothers, Xavier and Jérôme, who are driven by incredible passion for wine and respect for the identity of each of their individual terroirs. Their flagship Chablis is made from several vineyards across the villages of Ligny, Maligny and Villy, and is fermented and matured on lees entirely in stainless steel. It is bright, vibrant and thirst-slakingly fresh, with wonderful notes of stone fruits, Granny Smith apple, honeysuckle, citrus oils and cut grass. Flavoursome, finely balanced and delightfully lengthy, this is an excellent entry-point to Chablis.
