Cazé-Thibaut Les Fourches 2018 is a vintage blanc de blancs Champagne produced in Chatillon sur Marne, France. Fabien Cazé is a 10th-generation winemaker working with just 2.66ha of his family vineyards in Chatillon sur Marne and the neighbouring village of Vandieres. He has developed an enviable reputation for producing precise, elegant, terroir-driven Champagnes with impressive structure. Fabien`s 2018 Les Fourches is produced from biodynamically farmed Chardonnay from the lieu-dit of Les Fourches in Vandieres. It was bottled with 2.6g/l of dosage.
