Cathar(tic) Wines is a small, boutique winery based in the Languedoc-Roussillon. The winery is led by Richard Bray, a British-born winemaker who worked in Burgundy before relocating to the south of France to start his own wine project. His `Fingers Crossed` Rosé 2020 is a 100% Mourvèdre, fermented in old 600-litre barrels and pressed gently off the skins. Expect a perfect balance of red fruits, vibrant acidity and a touch of minerality.
