The 2016 Adrianna Vineyard Mundus Bacillus Terrae is a testament to the quality of high-altitude Mendoza Malbec. Grapes comes from a small 1.4-hectare plot within the famed Adrianna Vineyard, which sits at almost 5,000ft elevation in the Gualtallary District. The wine has enticing aromas of violets, blueberries, wild herbs and liquorice. The palate is full-bodied, with tight and restrained tannins and a lively acidity. Winemaker Alejandro Vigil described this wine as "our purest Malbec expression for long aging."
