The 2018 Carruades de Lafite is composed of 56.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot and 5.5% Cabernet Franc. Although still very young, the wine shows a complex nose, combining walnut, cedar, violets and dark chocolate. Medium to full-bodied, the palate develops excellent body and substance with precise, harmonious tannins. Best enjoyed after 2026.
