Carmel Limited Edition is the flagship wine of the Carmel Winery, produced in strictly small quantities. A Bordeaux-style blend, combining Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which were new. Deep purple in colour, with aromas of blackcurrants, dark chocolate and hints of smoke. Full-bodied, with a well-balanced aftertaste.
