This is a full-bodied blend of Shiraz with a small amount of Viognier from the Kayoumi Vineyard which is located between Miron and Kadita in the Upper Galilee, planted on a south east facing slope at an altitude of around 750m above sea level. It is rich and bold yet superbly balanced, with intense black fruits, black peppery fragrance and subtle smokiness.
