Château Angelus is among the most prestigious St-Emilion estates and Le Carillon is their superb second wine. The 2015 is a blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon with delicious perfume of cassis, rosehip, cloves and cinnamon. It is medium to full-bodied with abundant freshness, soft tannins and a savoury finish.
