Based in The Cotswolds, Capreolus is a boutique English distillery producing an exceptional portfolio of eaux-de-vie. It’s headed by Barney Wilczak, a self-taught distiller who turned his hobby into a business. This limited release, vintage Quince Eau de Vie is fresh and juicy, filled with notes of ripe apples, pears, rose water, lemon zest and a dash of white pepper.
