Owned by luxury fashion house Chanel since 1996, Château Canon is a Premier Grand Cru Classé ‘B’ classified estate situated on the Saint-Émilion limestone plateau. The 2019 vintage is a blend of 74% Merlot and 26% Cabernet Franc, aged for 18 months in oak barrels, 50% new. The wine offers layers of red fruit on the nose with a gentle floral lift. On the palate, it is a full-bodied expression, with refined tannins and a refreshing finish. Presented here en magnum.
