This 6-litre bottle of 2018 Château Canon is bound to get any party started. Based on 72% Merlot and 28% Cabernet Franc from vines with an average age of 30 years, the wine spent 18 months in oak, 52% being new barrels. The resulting blend is very aromatic, including scents of dark fruits, cherries and marzipan. It’s a medium to full-bodied wine, yet elegant, with silky, refined tannins and a tangy sweetness of a Bakewell tart.
