Cambridge Distillery Anty Gin

Cambridge Distillery Anty Gin is a special-edition gin produced in the UK at the multi award-winning Cambridge Distillery. Dubbed `the most innovative distillery in the world`, Cambridge Distillery was founded on the principle that no two botanicals are the same and as such, they need to be treated individually. To achieve this, the distillery developed a unique distillation matrix in which nine variables are used to tailor the treatment of each botanical, allowing them to achieve a level of precision beyond that of traditional distillation. Anty Gin is the distillery`s most radical spirit to date. Each bottle contains the citrusy essence of more than 60 red wood ants, along with hand-foraged botanicals including juniper, wild wood avens and nettle.
