This is a rare mature bottling of Calvari from cult winemaker, Enzo Pontoni. It is made from 100% Refosco which is a variety native to the northern Italy and typically produces incredibly intense, complex, richly-textured and long-lived wines, with wild and beguiling notes of plum, cherry, cedar, tobacco, earth and grilled herbs.
