Located in the heart of Calabria, Ippolito is one of the region’s oldest wineries with a history dating back over 170 years. Calabrise is produced from local variety, Calabrese, fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks for just 7 months. Dark red in colour, this is a bright and breezy wine with deliciously fresh notes of red and black cherries, plums and peppery spice. A wonderful wine for all occasions that will also pair well with a variety of classic Mediterranean dishes.
