Burn Cottage is a fully biodynamic 24-hectare Central Otago estate founded by the Sauvage family alongside Littorai’s Ted Lemon. The 2017 Pinot Noir is an intensely fruited yet silky wine of enormous charm. Possessive of bags of innate complexity and a fineness of structure, this will age and develop superbly over the next decade. Try it alongside spice-roasted duck.
