This is a wonderful Colheita tawny Port produced in the 1937 vintage and bottled after many years in cask. It is a staggeringly complex wine with incredible notes of dried fruits, roasted coffee beans, honey and walnut praline. Dense, voluptuous and silky smooth, it displays remarkable balance on the palate, concluding with a finish that is seemingly endless in length.
