Another excellent entry in Carn Mor`s Celebration of the Cask series. This particular release is a cask-strength Bunnahabhain bottled following 15 years in an ex-Sherry cask.
The nose opens with fragrant cinder toffee, green apple and ocean spray before a intense, malty palate with creamy vanilla and a touch of soft, cooked orchard fruit. The finish offers citrus oils and cracked black pepper with a hint of dry oak shavings.
