A limited edition release from Bruichladdich produced using organic barley from Mid Coul Farms in Inverness. The nose is pure malted barley, ripe melon and stone fruit with a touch of honey and lemon meringue. The palate introduces sweet pear drops, vanilla fudge and creamy milk chocolate before a smooth, mellow finish with hints of sweet citrus and a whiff of oak char.
