Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2012

Seeking to showcase true `terroir` in a single malt whisky, Bruichladdich Islay barley 2012 is distilled from barley grown on eight western and central Islay farms in 2011. Delicate, light, floral notes, creamy vanilla and honey on the nose. Kiwi, melon, coconut, and ripe pear freshness combine beautifully into a signature zesty citrus style. Refined and complex on the palate. The finish is a salty sea breeze with lingering hints of charred oak, sweet salty caramel, and brown sugar.
