A rare and shining star of Bruichladdich production. An elegant, floral Islay whisky with intense, full-term Sherry maturation. First filled into Oloroso butts in 1986, this spirit lay untouched in Bruichladdich`s loch-side warehouses until 2012. Subsequently master distiller Jim McEwan decided to add yet further elegance and poise to this sublime single malt by filling it into a special parcel of Pedro Ximénez butts.
