Inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, brewmaster Garrett Oliver first brewed a traditional Belgian-style triple before adding Perle & Aurora hops, liquorice root & then racking into white wine barrels for added complexity. This is a wild, spice-forward ale that would be a perfect match with strong cheeses.
