Bowmore 41 Year Old Signatory Cask Strength 1974

Signatory Vintage is the highly regarded independent bottler founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington and his brother Brian. In 2002, the company acquired the Edradour Distillery from Pernod Ricard and took charge of what was described as ‘Scotland’s smallest distillery’. This is one of their recent releases, a 41-year-old single malt distilled at Bowmore in 1974. The dram has a distinct tropical fruit character, gentle peat notes and a smooth, long finish. Part of the ‘Cask Strength Collection’.
