This vintage Bowmore was distilled in May 1966 and bottled by independent bottler Duncan Taylor in May 2006 from single cask #3312. On the nose, stunning aromas of ripe tropical fruits are punctuated by floral notes. On the palate, passion fruit, apricot and mango dominate, against an oily background and sprinkles of malty and oaky flavours. The finish is very long, with a touch of smoke.
