A native Burgundian now based in the Loire Valley, independent winemaker Aurélien Revillot first produced Bourgueil Grand Mont in 2014. The Cabernet Franc grapes come from 7 small parcels on the plateau of Benais, all of which Aurélien has worked organically from the start. The grapes are 100% de-stemmed and no SO2 added during vinification. The resulting wines are expressive in aroma, silky and sultry in texture, and absolutely terroir-driven.
