Domaine Amiot-Servelle is a small family business with 6.5 hectares of vineyards in and around Chambolle-Musigny. They converted their vineyards to organic in 2003, becoming certified in 2008. Using just 10% new oak, the 2018 Bourgogne Rouge has a bright nose of earthy, dark berries and a silky quality on the palate, finishing on a chocolate note. An absolute serious wine at this level.
