Arnaud Ente and his wife, Marie-Odile, work primarily on their own crafting exquisite micro-production Burgundies that easily compete with the finest in the region. The Bourgogne Rouge is sourced from two parcels within Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault and far belies its “lowly” classification. The 2017 is brim-full with cherries, berries and potpourri and is deliciously succulent and full-bodied on the palate.
