Domaine Michelot is one of the biggest domaines in Meursault and with Nicolas Mestre now at the helm, they are producing quintessential, but modern, expressions of Chardonnay. This entry-level Bourgogne Blanc is made from parcels across the Meursault appellation and is vinified and matured exclusively in used oak. From the superb 2018 vintage, this is vibrant and energetic, offering up rich notes of stone fruits, citrus and white flowers, with a subtly saline finish.
